Refund policy

Once a product has been purchased, it may not be returned due to it being a hygienic product. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, such an allegation may be subject to a refund. If you are seeking a refund, you must email us at tinytubbathteas@gmail.com stating the issue with the product and must include photos.

All refunds are processed into the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery fee are not refundable.

 Clearance products are considered as final sales and are not eligible for return/exchange.
